Job Description
Setup new product & improve test strategies for existing products, to perform program test time reduction for capacity improvement & test yield improvement in production.Support ME and QA team on analyze customer failure samples & provide countermeasure program for detect future similar failure slip through to customer.Provide training to technician group for smoothening daily repairing work.Troubleshooting test board/ tester if IC failure occur & provide permanent countermeasure.Ensure test station operation, performance, stability & robustness. Develop plans to investigate root cause of deviations.
Qualifications
Fresh Graduate in Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent.
