Responsibilities:

The Test Lab Technician is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and documenting component tests to support customer requirements, market research, and product qualification efforts. Working closely with Product Engineering teams within a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on oil seals for general industry and automotive applications, this role ensures accurate and reliable test data that informs product performance and development. Responsibilities include:

• Setup, breakdown, monitor and maintain tests
• Installing seals, shafts, bore plates, test heads and additional hardware as needed
• Dialing in offsets, setting oil levels, shaft speeds, temperatures and pressures
• Data logging/acquisition (DAQ) and oil sampling
• Ladder Logic Programming of machines
• Measuring seals and hardware
