Key Responsibilities

• Setup new product & improve test strategies for existing products, to perform program test time reduction for capacity improvement & test yield improvement in production.
• Support QA team on analyzing customer failure samples & provide countermeasure program to detect future similar failure slip-through to customers.
• Provide training to technician group for smoothening daily repairing work.
• Troubleshoot test board/tester if IC failure occurs & provide permanent countermeasure.
• Ensure test station operation, performance, stability & robustness. Develop plans to investigate root cause of deviations.
• Have knowledge on ATE tester platform e.g. Teradyne ETS-800, Advantest T2000, T3347, Fusion-CX & LTX tester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent.
