**Job Description**

**Job Summary**
The primary role of the Test Engineer is to lead software testing activities within a mission-critical Agile development environment. You’ll own the release process, support automated and manual testing, and collaborate with developers and analysts to validate functionality, performance, and stability.

**Position Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute automated and manual test plans
+ Lead performance, regression, and readiness testing across multiple environments
+ Document discrepancies and maintain issue tracking systems
+ Guide readiness reviews and participate in sprint-level QA reviews
+ Provide test documentation and metrics for customer reporting
+ Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines and test coverage
