Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level engineering support for optical and electronic test issues in OCS production, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.Set up, configure, validate, and maintain optical/electronic test equipment to ensure stable and accurate test operations aligned with Lumentum standards.Own and sustain test processes, monitor test data trends, and drive yield improvement and defect reduction initiatives.Support new product introduction (NPI), including test plan validation, pilot builds, equipment readiness, and alignment with global engineering requirements.Collaborate regularly with Manufacturing Engineering in Ottawa through cross-site calls to resolve issues, standardize testing methods, and drive continuous improvement activities.Prepare and maintain test do...
