TEST ENGINEER

Position Objective

The Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the correct functionality, reliability, and performance of electronic products through the development, execution, and improvement of testing processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Test Equipment Maintenance — Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ICT, FCT, and functional test stations. Test Program Development — Create, modify, and validate test programs using C++, C#, Python, or related languages. NPI Support — Lead and support pilot runs, ensuring test readiness, fixture availability, and KPI monitoring. Failure Analysis — Perform root cause analysis on product failures, test stations, and fixtures. Data Analysis — Analyze yield, KPIs, and test logs to identify trends and improvement...
