Position Overview

These assignments can vary in length and are paid weekly through the Allen Associates payroll on a PAYE basis.

Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Handling diary coordination
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing post
  • Coordinating deliveries and courier services
