An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Temporary Property Accountant to join a fast-paced residential property business on a 1-month contract basis. This is a full-time temporary assignment, working Monday to Friday, supporting the finance team with the day-to-day accounting functions across a residential property portfolio.

This role requires a candidate with proven experience in residential property accounting who can hit the ground running and confidently manage key financial processes with minimal supervision. MRI software experience is essential.

Managing trust and property accounts across a residential portfolio

Bank reconciliations and daily account balancing

Processing rent receipts, payments, refunds and creditor invoices
