Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Special Education, with coursework in areas such as Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Math Remediation, Exceptional Children, Behaviour Interventions, and Assessment and Evaluation; training to use Level B assessment tools.
• At least two years of successful classroom teaching experience at the appropriate level.
• Extensive knowledge and practice in modification and adaptation strategies for various levels of student performance and in designing remediation techniques for students with complex learning profiles.
