Duration: 12 months
Hours: Shift work, any 6 days (42 hrs/week)
Job scope: - Provide financial counselling for patients/next-of-kins. This includes informing patients/next-of-kins regarding different ward class charges, bill estimates and payment methods
- To perform upgrade/downgrade requests and explain ward charges differences for patients/next-of-kins
- Ensure government subsidies are utilised appropriately
- To perform patient merge requests and verification
- To solicit hospital transfer consent from patients/next-of-kins
Requirements: - Min. A/O/Nitec in any field
- Some experience is preferred
