Position Description

A temporary full time (1.0) District ELL Support Teacher is required by School District No. 60 (Peace River North) effective September 8, 2026 to October 2, 2026. The assignment will be at Learning Services and would include working with ELL students at designated schools on a regularly scheduled basis based on district needs, both in‑town and rural schools. This position will be dependent on ELL enrollment.

The ELL Specialist Support Teacher provides language assessment services that align with the Ministry of Education & Childcare ELL Policy and district practices, reviews planning and development of programming as well as reporting on ELL student progress.
