Responsibilities

• Install alarm and security systems including CCTV and Access Control
• Troubleshoot and repair security systems
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to stay on schedule
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
• Educate customers on how to operate and use their alarm
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service

Qualifications

• Own vehicle to travel between customers
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Experience with low‑voltage, electrical, or cabling of any type
• Familiarity with everyday hand tools (drills, screwdrivers)
