Position Overview
Customer Service:
Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for all customers by addressing their needs promptly and courteously.Assist customers with routine inquires related to accounts, transactions, and services, ensuring a positive banking experience.Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services, referring them to other team members when necessary.Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate branch personnel.
