Position: Telesales Supervisor

Office Location: UB Square - 10F Quezon (Head Office-Non HQ)

Job Summary: The Telesales Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of sales officers in an effort to deliver channel targets by ensuring that each member of the team delivers the minimum expected efficiency. They lead and oversee the Telemarketing division in the selling of products to a list of qualified prospects. Moreover, the objective of this role is to ensure seamless operations in the telesales environment which requires strategic thinking as well as superior people management skills in order to achieve productivity targets.
