Overview
As a Telesales Specialist , you will engage Business Banking clients through voice and digital channels to support product sales, portfolio management, and compliance with internal requirements. It involves proactive client outreach, coordination with internal teams, and execution of service actions that contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.
How you'll contribute
- Sales Generation (Outbound) – Conducts proactive outbound calls to existing and potential clients to introduce Business Banking products and services. Leads are qualified during these calls and referred directly to the sales team for further engagement.
- Inbound Lead Handling – Manages inbound inquiries from prospective clients via online applications, marketing events, and digital campaigns. Responds promptly to assess client needs, provide relevant product information, and initiate onboarding or referral to the sales team.
