Position Overview
**Bilingual Customer Experience Representative**
**Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
**Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Position Type:** Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Bilingual Customer Representative** to join our team. This position requires fluent Spanish and English communication skills, as a large percentage of our customers are Spanish-speaking, particularly in South Texas and border communities.
**Important:** Candidates must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Spanish language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process through a conversational evaluation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Make outbound calls to existing and current customers.
+ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
