Job Description:

1. Manage interface and communications with all customers.
2. Provide technical expertise, single point of contact for queries and support.
3. Resolve complex faults and issues.
4. Analyze impact and approve changes to product/system/network.
5. Interface control to linked product/system/networks.
6. Provide tracking and delivery time indication.
7. Publish internal & external reports about activity & performance evaluation. Configuration control.
