• Manage end to end delivery of wireline projects (FTTx| OSPISP| transport| fiber rollout).
  
• Develop project plans| schedules| budgets| and risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Coordinate with engineering| construction| procurement| and operations teams.
  
• Monitor project KPIs| timelines| and cost compliance (CapExOpEx).Oversee Survey| permitting| civil work| quality checks| and site readiness.
  
• Ensure compliance with Canada telecom standards| safety rules| and regulatory requirements.
  
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and executive dashboards.
  
• Manage issues| changes| and escalations to keep scope schedule on track.
