Our client, a Property Development company, seeks a Technology & Systems Lead to join their dynamic team, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Stellenbosch.

This role is critical to enabling the business to scale effectively through well-designed systems, structured data, and intelligent automation. The Technology & Systems Lead will play a key role in shaping how our business operates and grows.

This is not a pure IT support or development role. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology—translating operational needs into effective system solutions and ensuring proper execution through internal teams and external partners.
