We are looking for a SRE/Application Support engineer with Java experience.
The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience with modern backend frameworks, cloud‐native technologies, and observability tools, combined with deep domain knowledge in Cards Payments systems.
This role requires a strong focus on reliability engineering, distributed systems, and microservices architecture to ensure resilient and fault‐ tolerant financial transaction workflows.

Responsibilities
Monitor system performance and address complex issues to ensure smooth operation.
Conduct thorough investigations and resolve critical incidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Implement and maintain remedies and preventative strategies to sustain system health.
Manage application maintenance activities, including performance tuning, major enhancements, comprehensive backup and recovery processes, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
