Position

As a senior member of the Innovation team, you will be a driving force in bridging the gap between cutting‑edge technology and market‑ready products that solve real user problems. You will lead the technical ideation and execution of innovation products, transforming high‑level ideas into prototypes and production‑ready solutions. You will work autonomously within a product‑design‑tech triad throughout the different phases of the innovation process (discovery, experimental development, analysis, prototyping, testing, and solution deployment). You will also collaborate closely with core engineering teams to optimize the transfer and final implementation of these solutions.
