Must have skills:

• Be able to use Linux/Windows effectively


• Be able to use spreadsheet and slides


• Understands how to assemble parts together (ie assemble a device together if I give you PCB and housing) [we can teach them if necessary]


• Understands some data analysis (mean, variance, outliers, etc) [we can teach them if necessary]


• Willing to learn EE machines (ie vector network analyzer) or operate 3D printer [we can teach them if necessary]


• Knows mechanical assembly from scratch (ie knows what screws to use for what holes)


• Knows how to scale an operation (ie factory operations, etc)

Good to Have Skills

• Willing to be hands on
