Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician will test and evaluate raw materials and finished products to continuously improve product quality and performance. The position reports to the Laboratory Performance Manager and will work with a team of laboratory technicians to plan daily tasks, including priorities and special cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on R&D samples and finished products to evaluate and validate their mechanical performance.
• Assist development and production teams in making critical project decisions.
• Evaluate test results, prepare technical reports and make recommendations based on the results.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, developers, designers and other team members to review requests, establish test programs and provide accurate test results and recommendations.
