Job Summary We are seeking a responsible technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of digital door lock across houses in Singapore.
Responsibilities - Configure, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain digital door lock hardware, software.
- Attend onsite service calls, maintenance works, and project installations at customer locations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine system health checks to sustain optimal functionality.
- Diagnose technical faults and provide timely rectification to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and project documentation accurately.
- Provide standby technical support and respond promptly to urgent breakdowns when required.
