Oversees daily productions to meet Bio-Char and its derivatives target set by planner. Feed raw material into production machines. Monitor output and undertakes quality check of the products, to be able to identify defects (undercook, overcook, too much powder etc.) Performs daily safety checks and monitoring of machine operating parameters, reports out of limits to technician Records daily production data in logs, identify gaps for improvement Supports other staff, as directed to optimize machine performance Monitor performance parameters. Reports to technician/engineer on any out of limits. To maintain the 5S and Safety policies for a tidy and clean working environment Supports other staffs, as directed for all business needs and facilities upkeep
