Position: Technician

Reporting to: Duty Technician
Tasks/Responsibilities - Attend to guest feedback/request
- Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and system
- Record utility consumption
- Carry out daily routine inspections of public areas
- Carry out guestroom preventive maintenance
- Carry out public areas, F&B outlets, and function room preventive maintenance
- Carry out breakdown and repair of equipment
- Respond to emergency incidents
Key Requirements - Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Elec / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in hotel / commercial buildings
- Able to work weekends/shifts and Public holidays...
