A Snapshot of Your Day

As a technician manager, you work alongside three other managers to oversee a team of 150 technicians. During outage season, your primary responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching technicians to various jobs. Once the technicians are on-site, you follow up with them to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. Additionally, you coordinate with the project manager (PM) at the job site to confirm that the outage is on schedule, allowing you to plan the technicians' next assignments accordingly.
