Responsibilities:

1. Keep track of project's progress to ensure it aligns with the planned schedule

2. Lead one or multiple product development, responsible for mechanical design and overall product specification

3. Work together among different parties for product development

4. Provide leadership to maintenance and contractor teams in areas of safety management, work management and discipline.
