Job Summary You will deliver expert technical services by installing, configuring, and maintaining printers and copier machines, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through proactive troubleshooting and inventory management. Responsibilities Install and configure printers and printing software to ensure optimal device performance and user experience Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime for customers Service printer and copier products onsite, including setup of new copier machines for installation Repair and maintain copier machines to extend equipment lifespan and reliability Provide technical support and training to customers on basic machine maintenance to empower user self-sufficiency Maintain accurate inventory records by ordering and updating stock levels of toners and spare parts Monitor and enhance stock handling procedures to improve ope...
