Lay out the deployment area – includingputers, pens, paperwork, signs, etc. every morning and clean it up every evening.

Distributeputers to customers and ask for questions

Ensure that we have a log of whichputer went to which person (it may change if aputer fails before they leave)

Be prepared to answer questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the newputer.
