About the Role

As an MER Technical Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical training and coaching across refrigeration and/or electrical disciplines. You’ll create dynamic learning environments—both in the classroom and out in the field—equipping colleagues at all levels with the skills, behaviours, and safety mindset needed to achieve a high performing culture.

This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise, coaching ability, and commitment to safety will directly influence the capability and progression of our engineering teams.
