Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training to internal teams, distributors, resellers, and installers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on workshops.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and technical documentation.
- Train partners on product setup, configuration, and real-world applications.
- Support sales teams with technical product knowledge and positioning.
- Provide field-based support and training where required.
- Gather and relay market feedback and technical insights to product teams.
- Ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities across all channels.
