IMJ-Invest Launch is seeking a Technical Team Lead to guide a cross-functional squad in delivering high-quality products using Agile methodologies and RBC’s established practices. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, collaboration, and accountability to drive successful product development and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate: Direct a diverse squad of technical, product, and design professionals to deliver products aligned with Agile principles and RBC’s Ways of Working.
