Job Title: Technical support Tier-I Location: Belvidere, NJ Duration: 12 Months Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will possess two years of substantial support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 is preferred and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience with Avaya phones is a plus.
