Position Overview
Job Description
Primarily on-site work (accompanying agents, user repairs, etc.)
- Support for on-site work, troubleshooting
- Equipment setup and after-sales support
- Training on connecting and operating our company's software and printer equipment
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Providing reports tailored to the situation
- Interpreting, training, and other instructional activities. Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree
・Intermediate level in English (internal-External communication, Interpretation, Reporting)
・Having more than 1-2 years of experience in Technical support positions of Printing Machines. inkjet printing machines, Offset, Cutting Protta, or related printing equipment （Prefer Japanese or Chinese companies)
・Can go on a business trip (depends on the project)
