Position Overview
- Provide second-line SAP support to end users
- Handle incidents and service requests within agreed timelines
- Monitor SAP systems and report potential issues
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks and system checks
- Support testing activities during system changes or updates
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases
- Escalate complex issues to senior experts when needed
- Collaborate with IT and business teams across different locations
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements
- 2-6 years of experience in IT support or SAP support (or relevant internship/traineeship)
- Basic understanding of SAP systems (S/4HANA knowledge is a plus but not required)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
