Position Overview
Splace BPO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team on-site. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first-level technical support, performing basic troubleshooting to resolve client software issues and ensure a seamless service experience.Key Responsibilities
