Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers on electronic products and solutions
Assist customers with product integration, testing, troubleshooting, and application-related issues
Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept, and prototype activities
Work with internal engineering and sales teams to support customer projects
Prepare technical documents, presentations, and product demonstrations
Conduct product training and technical discussions with customers when required
Support regional projects and travel within ASEAN, India, and Oceania when necessary
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
2-3 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, OEM/EMS, or related industries
Basic knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, sensors, or wireless communication technologies & programming languages such as C/C++ is an advantage
