Position overview:

The Technical Support Engineer provides hands-on, field-based technical support across the Flex asset fleet. The role is focused on fault response, asset recovery, winter readiness, and returning assets to service during critical periods such as TRIAD and System Peak Days (SPDs). The role also covers facilities and infrastructure repairs, control of contracts and supporting the Technical Support Manager, coordinate and execute larger Capex projects.
