**Job Title: Technical Support Specialist**

**Location: Salem, OR (Fully On-site)**

**Pay Range: $17/hr**

**What’s the Job?**

+ Provide technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes, access keys and listings
+ Multi-task tools and screens to perform technical support assistance via telephone in an efficient and effective manner
+ Follow call-handling procedures to ensure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.

**What’s Needed?**

+ High school diploma or GED
+ Drug test and background check required
+ Must have open availability - 5am to 7pm and able to work weekends on-site
+ Technical Support Experience (Preferably in a call center environment)
