Your Profile
Dutch is your first language, and you are fluent in English
You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree
You have an interest in online marketing products
You are a strategic thinker
Experience in technical troubleshooting, is a plus but not mandatory
Your Responsibilities
Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat and social messaging channels
Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
Provide high-quality customer service
Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
