Position Overview
Responsibilities: Quality - To carry out fault diagnosis and technical evaluations to all dealer vehicles as & when required
- Ensure all administration is complete, up-to-date and filed for future reference
- Prepare technical reports where required
- On site Dealer repairs â Assist dealers with repairs to meet required deadline
- Prepare the centre for all training requirements
- Attend training seminars regularly Local & International to meet company standards
- Compile reports on all incoming technical queries from dealers and customers
- Provide professional technical advice and assistance where required to customer service
- Analyse trends of failures and create process to eliminate such trends on failures and skill level of technicians at dealers
