Responsibilities Supervise and manage the daily technical operations of designated vessels (e.g., Subsea/DSV, OSV), ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and the maintenance of high engineering standards. Organize and oversee scheduled dry-dockings, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Maintain strict compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and applicable Flag State regulations, in alignment with the organization's Safety Management System (SMS) and safety procedures. Establish and manage technical budgets for assigned vessels. Prepare and submit regular technical performance reports and HSE data to the Technical Manager. Work closely with Masters and Chief Engineers to resolve technical concerns, improve vessel performance, and coordinate the sourcing and supply of spare parts and equipment.
