• Charged with overseeing the economical upkeep of LNG ships and their machinery to guarantee safe, error-free operation and adherence to relevant class and industry standards as well as flag state administration regulations.
• Keep an eye on the planned maintenance system for the engines and the vessel's deck.
• Keep an eye on and plan vessel statutory and classification surveys.
• Organise the delivery of consumables, inventories, supplies, and spares.
• Organise the changes, repairs, and correction of defects.
• Keep an eye on compliance with charterer requirements and corporate standards.
• Support the technical department's cost monitoring and control efforts.
• Keep technical documentation, drawings, and catalogues from manufacturers and yards in good condition.
