Overview

Technical Services Manager - Modular Buildings based in the Midlands, covering the UK. Package: £60,000 - £75,000, Pension, Health Insurance and Life Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act for Modular Construction projects (excluding higher‑risk buildings).
• Coordinate design activities to manage and reduce building safety risks and ensure statutory compliance across off‑site manufacture and on‑site installation.
• Work closely with the Design and Estimating team to manage initial designs and pricing for projects.
• Adapt existing buildings and further develop them through client discussion and commercial approvals.
• Deliver projects ranging between £500,000 and £15,000,000 smoothly, on time, to spec, and maintain overall quality.
