Equans is looking for a Technical Services Manager – Mechanical

Location: Wakefield. Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week). Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

Reporting

Reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the team of site‑based leads for mechanical, electrical and building fabric technical service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the site team, providing leadership and guidance to technical services operatives and supervisors and drive performance improvements.
• Demonstrate excellent customer skills with an ability to exceed customers’ expectations and maintain effective relationships/communication for the contract.
• Have detailed knowledge of contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs), opportunities and risks.
