Our customer are one of the largest property and real estate organisations within the UK, owning and managing a number of mixed-use estates, trophy buildings, retail parks. At a prestigious mixed-use site in Central London, close to Camden / Euston, they seek a Technical Services Manager to help oversee delivery of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health systems across a handful of buildings across the estate comprising multi-tenant commercial office space as well as landlord services.
