Position Overview

 About the Role

The Technical Service Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions that are aligned with customer requirements. This role works closely with Sales & Account Management and Category Development teams to ensure that each client's technical needs are adequately met, supporting both the Technical Service of India and broader Sales & Marketing objectives.

 Accountabilities

  • Ensure quality, innovation and timeliness in client support and solution development.

  • Work collaboratively with other Sales & Marketing teams to integrate technical solutions with client goals and expectations.

  • Providing specialist knowledge, liaising with relevant Innovation & R&D teams and supporting team members as needed.

  • Contribute to India planning by identifying patterns in client needs and market trends and proposing Technical Service enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
