Job Description - Conduct electroplating and surface treatment experiments to demonstrate process capability to customers
- Operate and analyze data from laboratory equipment including SEM-EDX, GC-MS, ICP-MS, XRF, Karl Fischer, and particle counters
- Provide on-site technical support for new chemical and equipment installations
- Investigate customer quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams
