This position reports to Sales Director and includes the following responsibilities:

Technical Service Contracts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage renewals of maintenance and technical support contracts,
  • Prepare, draft, and finalize contracts in line with commercial agreements,
  • Create and follow up on quotations for preventive maintenance services, repairs, system expansions, and technical support,
  • Create, manage, and register quotations and related activities in the ERP system on behalf of the Sales Director,
